Craft brew and music a natural combination at Bristol Station

Bristol Station Brews and Taproom, one of downtown Bristol’s craft breweries, is located in the old Bristol Bus Station. The venue hosts live music Saturday nights. They also host an open mic night the first and third Mondays of every month. The events are generally free.

They offer all genres of music, including rock, country, bluegrass, jazz, alternative and more.

“We choose to offer music because music and craft beer go very well together, and we love to be an enhancement to the vibe in downtown Bristol. If you’re walking down the street you can enjoy the sounds coming from our outdoor stage.

“We are happy to host any arts-related event. We currently host a local painter who has art on exhibit and for sale in our taproom,” Ken Monyak, co-founder, says.

All of their events are featured on the brewery’s Facebook and Instagram feeds, as well as published in the online event site called Evensi.

“Our location in downtown Bristol, Virginia, is a great place to enjoy live music and craft beer. Our outdoor space is the best in Bristol. We have some great shows coming up this summer, so keep an eye on our social media feeds for more information,” Monyak says.

Bands and artists can message Bristol Station directly on Facebook to set up performance dates. More information can be found at www.bristolbrew.com.
