About the Gallery:

HollerHouse is a non-traditional gallery and retail space rooted on State Street in historic downtown Bristol, Virginia. Its mission is to expand conceptions and celebrate what it means to be an “Appalachian artist” - offering affordable and local prints, gifts and original works.

As a gallery the primary focus is community engagement - offering regular events that will drive younger residents downtown. They offer work from the wide range of ethnic and gender backgrounds that make up the area and serve as a cultural hub for those wanting to experience the breadth of imagination that makes up the region.

It houses work from over 50 local and regional creators. Half of whom are from the Tri-Cities. The retail space offers myriad locally crafted original art, prints, ceramics, stickers, enamel pins, postcards, greeting cards, apparel, gifts and more.

In the coming year, they plan to host an event the First Friday of every month. In addition, group shows, solo spotlights and artist speaker series are planned.

Gifts start at $4.
