About the Gallery:
Holston Mountain Artisans began as the Holston Mountain Arts and Crafts Cooperative in the spring of 1971. About 20 craftspeople, eager to make some extra income and have their handwork appreciated, joined the cooperative.
From that point the cooperative grew to its current membership of more than 100 craftspeople who create the finest in traditional and contemporary crafts and art.
Members include woodturners, basket makers, quilters, painters and everything in between. In addition to the shop, they also offer an online shop.
