Symphony names New Executive Director

KINGSPORT, Tenn. -- Symphony of the Mountains has named Suzi Little as its new executive director.

A native of Kingsport, Little is a CPA and previously served as president and managing principal for Duncan, Taylor & Little, PC, Kingsport. Prior to that, she held the position of trust officer and assistant vice president
for AmSouth Bank, Kingsport, and was a manager for several years with Thompson and Gray CPAs in Johnson City and Mountain City. She holds a B.A. in history and political science from Salem College, Winston-Salem, N.C.

Little has volunteered her time and served in several leadership capacities with a number of organizations, including Kingsport's ShowTime Productions, Intercity Ballet Theatre, Dobyns-Bennett High School Choral Auxiliary, and Kingsport Association of Dance Artists, among others.

"We're very proud and excited to name Suzi Little as this great organization's new executive director," Symphony Board President Bob Feagins said. "Suzi brings a tremendous amount of business and marketing experience, fundraising talent and new and creative energy to the Symphony. I know she will continue to take the Symphony to even greater heights."
