110 Stories schedule changes

September 6–15, 2019 @ Downtown Kingsport

SEPT. 6-15: Kingsport Theatre Guild presents “110 Stories” as part of its KTG: Downtown Series, Kingsport, Tenn. From the first crash at the towers to a last goodbye at Ground Zero, “110 Stories” takes us through 9/11 as told by those who were there. Based on interviews, this docu-play weaves together stories not shown on the news, from people we can relate to ... a mother, a photojournalist, an ironworker, a chiropractor and a homeless man who saved lives that day. Friday and Saturday performances are at 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday matinees are at 2 p.m. $10. Free for first responders. Due to parking and traffic concerns related to an anticipated large crowd for events in Downtown Kingsport on Sept. 7 the Sept. 7, 2 p.m. presentation has been cancelled

All other performances will continue as scheduled. Sept. 6 & 7 at 7 p.m. and Sept. 8 at 2 p.m., Taylored Venue and Events, 117 Shelby Street. Sept, 13, & 14 at 7 p.m. and Sept, 14 & 15 at 2 p.m., at the Kingsport Higher Education Center, 300 Market Street.
