Bristol Rhythm 2020 Vendor Applications Now Open

January 7 – March 31, 2020 @ Downtown Bristol, TN-VA

BRISTOL, Tenn./Va. — Applications to become a vendor at the 20th annual Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion music festival are open. Presented by the Birthplace of Country Music, Bristol Rhythm takes place Sept. 11-13, in historic downtown Bristol, Tennessee-Virginia, which is home of the legendary 1927 Bristol Sessions recordings. The festival honors the region's rich music history and lasting impact over several blocks of State Street — and the surrounding area — with more than 100 acts of live music.

"Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion prides itself on choosing unique, high quality food and craft vendors that complement the offerings of our downtown businesses," said Leah Ross, executive director of BCM. "Our festival is a great opportunity for regional craftspeople and food trucks to tap into an audience of more than 40,000 people over the course of the three-day weekend."

Craft vendors must offer hand-made or hand-designed products and offer unique, creative and quality merchandise. Food vendors should offer a diverse assortment of quality food options.

All vendors at Bristol Rhythm are required to pay a fee. Also, they must carry their own liability insurance and present a certificate of insurance. Vendors are also required to pay their own taxes.

The deadline for food and craft vendor applications is Tuesday, March 31. Applications must be filled out online atBristolRhythm.com. Chosen applicants will be notified of their placement no later than May 15, 2020.
