• ONGOING: Impressions Fine Art, Kingsport, Tenn., offerskid’s art classes. Drawing and painting for children ages 5-16 is led by Anne Thwaites. Home school classes for ages 5-8 are Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Home school classes for ages 9-16 are from 3-4 p.m.One-hour after school art classes for ages 8-16 are Fridays from 3:30-7 p.m.Classes are $20 per hour. Saturday Sculpture with Patti Lawrence, for kids ages 8-14, is held every Saturday from 1-3 p.m. $25 per class. Preregistration required. Register at the gallery or emailpattilawrence@charter.net.
