August Muse invites all student artists to submit their artwork for the 2024 Student Juried Art Exhibition with August Muse. This exhibition offers young artists the opportunity to showcase their talent, gain recognitionand win exciting prizes. The submission deadline is Feb. 28. The Student Juried Art Exhibition isheld in April at August Muse, located in Elizabethton, Tennessee. The exhibition is open to all students who have not graduated high school and who are 18 years and younger. Artworks in 2D and 3D formats are accepted, and there is no specific theme. The exhibition isjuried by Vicki Wood, a local artist. The juror's decision isfinal. Additionally, there will be a Best of Show cash prize and several Honorable Mentions that will be showcased in-store. Accepted students will be responsible for delivering and collecting their artwork to and from the gallery.
This is an opportunity for young artists to gain exposure, receive recognition, and be part of a vibrant artistic community. The Student Juried Art Exhibition at August Muse celebrates the creativity and talent of aspiring student artists from the region.
Students must reside in one of the seven counties in Northeast Tennessee, students must not have graduated high school and must be 18 or younger.
