Youngsters can start their day with music and movement at the Washington County, Tennessee, Gray and Jonesborough libraries this month. These free programs are planned for infants up through age 7.
Music Morning's theme for February is"Classical Silk,"- exploring movement to classical music with silk scarves.
Gray: Monday, Feb. 10 at 10 a.m.
Jonesborough: Monday, Feb. 24 at 10 a.m.
Move-It Morning is a combination of large motor activities with songs, dance, vocabulary, spatial awareness, coordination and group play. This month's theme is"Animal Walk,"where children make animal masks and practice their animal walks.
Jonesborough: Wednesday, Feb 5 at 10 a.m.
Gray: Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 10 a.m.
