Fall Arts Festival Coming to Downtown Elizabethton

The heart of downtown Elizabethton comes alive with creativity Saturday, Oct.4, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., as the community celebrates theFall Arts Festival. Presented by Elizabethton Arts and Cultural Alliance, this free, family-friendly event highlights the region’s vibrant artistic spirit while offering a full day of fun for all ages.

Visitors can expectartist boothsand artistdemonstrations withlive performancesby local musicians, dancersand storytellers. Hands-on opportunities invite festival-goers to watch artists at work and akidsarea.

Special features include aChalk Art Contestand aPhotography Contestshowcasing the talent of local participants. Winners will be announced at 5:45 p.m. Attendees can also enjoy a wide variety of food trucks and local vendors throughout the day.

“We’re excited to launch this new tradition in downtown Elizabethton,” said Paula Augustine, president of the ElizabethtonArts and Cultural Alliance. “The Fall Arts Festival is about celebrating the arts in every form and bringing our community together in a creative and welcoming space.”

The Fall Arts Festival is free and open to the public. Families, studentsand art lovers of all ages are encouraged to attend. The event is sponsored in part by a grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission.
