James K.A. Smith to visit King University

•NOV. 18: Noted author, commentator and editor James K.A. Smith returns to King University, Bristol, Tenn., for the Institute for Faith & Culture’s annual Frederick Buechner Lecture. Smith presents “Receiving the Saints: Augustine and Monica through Painters’ Eyes” at 9:15 a.m. in the Memorial Chapel on King’s campus. He also presents “A Conversation with James K.A. Smith” at 4:30 p.m. and “Testimony as Poetry: Augustine the Artist” at 7 p.m., both of which are held at First Presbyterian Church in Bristol, Tenn.
