• MAY 3:Kingsport Arts Festivalis held in the 100 block of Shelby Street in downtown Kingsport, Tenn. from 12-5 p.m. The festival features iron pour, glassblowing, ceramics Raku firing, tie-dye festival shirts, miniature painting and chalk art and canvas finger painting for kids.
